We are currently operating our Summer opening times of 9:30am - 5pm. The latest time to collect hire bikes is 1pm and all bikes will need to be returned by 4pm.Winter Opening Times
Following the October half term, we will be closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays until the February half term. This excludes Christmas week, when our usual opening arrangements will apply.From Sunday 25th October, we will also revert to our winter opening times:
Last bike collection: 12:00 noon
All bikes must be returned by: 3:00pm

As the only bike hire centre in Grizedale Forest, we're perfectly located at the heart of one of the UK's most popular mountain biking destinations. With direct access to Grizedale's extensive trail network, you can collect your bike and head straight onto the trails.

Service Centre - open
Our fully equipped workshop is here to keep you riding, whether you need a routine service, expert diagnostics, or a major repair. Our experienced mechanics can tackle everything from full bike services and suspension work to last-minute repairs, punctures, and those unexpected "I've just broken this" moments.
We're open four days a week for workshop bookings, with weekend availability for emergency repairs to get you back on the trails as quickly as possible.
