Booking Your Hire Bike

Please note that to book online you must make your booking at least 20 hours before you plan to start your hire. We take walk ins if you don't book but it is a case of first come first served we do not reserve bikes on the same day.

Full suspension and full suspension electric bikes are currently unavailable to book as we are rearranging bikes in the fleet. They will be available to book again soon once we have serviced and built some fresh bikes! Any bookings already made with those bikes will still be fulfilled.

Winter closing times will commence from the clock changes this year. So from the 27th of October the latest collection time is Midday and bikes must be returned by 3pm.

Please note for full suspension, full suspension electric & demo bikes, card details will be stored securely on file via online booking.  Money will only be taken if we feel bikes are returned to us with serious damage or not returned at all.

Please note we do NOT offer any parking for the bike hire, all parking is to be in the Forestry England car parks at either the Kennels or the main car park which are 5 minutes walk to the bike collection point.  Parking is subject to paying on leaving and is £10 to park all day.  If you're a regular visitor to the Forest then annual passes are available.  We do not pay for your parking or offer an alternative to FE sites.
